Return, Refund or Exchange

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless a special circumstance arises. The only provision to be considered will be for wrong products or merchandise sent to the consumer in our error. In that case only, products from that order must be returned within 7 business days of receipt with postmark. The items must be in their original condition, unworn (no body odor), the tags intact and in the original internal packaging. If these procedures are not met, the return will be denied. Any refunds because of this circumstance will be credited to the original payment method. Original Shipping will not be refunded.

Shipping

All Seed and Prosper products are shipped via United States Postal Service and take approximately 10-12 business days to be delivered. It may be sooner, but because of the pandemic extra measures have been taken for the safety of all. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when your products are sent. Also allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped because of high demand. Seed and Prosper can't be held responsible for any packages once they are shipped. If your tracking information states your package has been delivered and you have not received your products. The next step will be to contact your local United States Post Office. USPS should be able to locate it via the tracking information. We ask the customers to please be sure all the shipping information is correct. Please check your address thoroughly: correct zip codes, apartment numbers, and no old forwarding info if recently moved. This part is truly important. Any package returned as undeliverable can be shipped again but at the customer’s expense. So please check your info. Orders placed on holidays, or weekends will be shipped the next business day. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
